At UWSWC, we believe we are better together, and our Community Partners agree!

There are just a few things your organization must do to become and maintain UWSWC Community Partnership, as follows:
Be and established 501(c)3 or have an established fiscal sponsorship agreement
Engage in work that helps improve lives through one of the following areas:
Fostering Healthy Communities
Financial Security
Youth Opportunity
Community Resilience
Complete a short application (link below), which includes submitting your latest year-end financial statements
Display the UWSWC Community Partner logo in your place of business
Create a social media post related to UWSWC sometime during your 12-month partnership
Provide at least 1 volunteer for a minimum of 1 UWSWC event during your 12-month partnership
Update/add your organization’s information into the 2-1-1 resource platform

Listed on relevant UWSWC publications & marketing platforms/materials
Designated gifts passed through quarterly with no fee
Enterprise Zone & Child Care Tax Credit processing, if applicable
Invitation to regular Partner gatherings
Access to UWSWC partner e-mail blast list
Direct UWSWC staff assistance with updating/adding your organization's info to the 211 resource database
Access to and training on how to use our free volunteer website connectswco.org
Free or discounted Colorado Nonprofit Association membership (pending)
Invitation to apply for UWSWC Competitive Grant

Applications are now open and will be accepted throughout the year!
Organizations will be notified via e-mail if their application has been approved within 1 month of submission. If approved, partnership will be in effect for 12 months, after which organizations will be invited to apply again.
Please note: Organizations must first be an approved Community Partner in order to apply for the UWSWC Competitive Grant.
