As of January 1st, 2012, United Way of Southwest Colorado has reached 80% of its fundraising goal. The goal noted below is a very aggressive goal due to the record demand for services our partner agencies are experiencing and will continue to experience in the future.

The 2011 - 2012 campaign goal is $752,000 for the entire region.

Montezuma and Dolores Counties’ goal is $99,000

La Plata and San Juan Counties’ is $572,000

All funds raised will stay in the community where the donor lives so that you can help your own community. For a full list of partners in your community, click here (link to Partners page). Every partner has been thoroughly reviewed prior to the 2011-2012 campaign by a team of volunteers in your community to ensure any donation you make is a wise investment in your community’s overall health. All partners are supporting work in Education, Self-Reliance or Health.

If so, you can easily designate your charitable contribution to United Way of Southwest Colorado or any of our partners that met the qualifications through the Colorado Combined Campaign.  Right now, State employees are participating in workplace giving campaigns and making pledges via payroll deduction, cash, check or credit card.  No matter the amount, your contribution makes a huge difference!
