United Way of Southwest Colorado’s 2009 campaign generated $715,000!!!

In these tough economic times, Southwest Colorado residents and businesses once again came through for United Way.

Archuleta County raised $80,000,
Montezuma and Dolores Counties generated $110,000 (the highest amount EVER!)
La Plata and San Juan Counties raised $520,000!

Celebration events were recently held all over the region. A radio broadcast was created to announce the total in La Plata and San Juan Counties and to give awards to the top supporters.
